Key responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries and provide accurate parts advice
- Process quotes, orders and invoices
- Support technicians with timely parts supply
- Manage stock levels, backorders and supplier communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers
About you
- 2 - 5 years automotive parts experience (dealership or aftermarket)
- Solid parts knowledge and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
