Complete Care Team (CCT) is a private nursing agency committed to providing consistent, high-quality nursing and attendant care to clients with acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal cord injury and other high support needs in their own homes.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Rostering & Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team at our Kings Park office .

The primary responsibility of this role is coordinating and maintaining nursing and attendant care rosters , ensuring appropriate staffing, continuity of client services and timely communication with staff and relevant stakeholders.

The role also includes general administration, reception and office support duties, making this a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities.

An immediate start is available to allow the successful applicant to undertake comprehensive training and handover with our current coordinator prior to the commencement of their parental leave in mid-January 2027 .

The current coordinator is planning to take approximately 12 months of parental leave. There may be an opportunity for ongoing employment with Complete Care Team following the parental leave period , subject to business requirements and suitability.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in rostering, scheduling, coordination or a similar role.
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Is able to identify and prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
- Has strong attention to detail.




- Has excellent communication skills and is confident communicating with staff, clients and other stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Has a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Has proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Is reliable, adaptable and able to remain calm when managing unexpected changes or competing priorities.
- Has previous administration or office experience.
- Experience in disability, community care, nursing, healthcare or a similar service environment will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Rostering & Coordination – Primary

- Coordinate and maintain nursing and attendant care staff rosters.
- Ensure client shifts are appropriately staffed.
- Manage staff availability, leave, absences and roster changes.
- Arrange suitable staff replacements when required.
- Respond to roster-related enquiries from staff and clients.
- Communicate roster changes promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with Case Managers, health professionals and other relevant stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate rostering records and documentation.
- Identify and elevate rostering or staffing issues as required.
- Assist with maintaining continuity and consistency of client services.

Administration & Office Support





- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Responding to emails and general enquiries.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Filing and document management.
- Assisting with staff and client documentation.
- Assisting with meetings and appointment coordination.
- General office administration.
- Providing administrative support to the CCT team as required.
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Check.

- Full time position – 38 hours per week .
- $36–$42 per hour + superannuation , depending on experience and suitability.
