BIBA Belgrave is looking for a friendly, confident and qualified hairdresser to join our established salon. We are looking for someone who enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, loves building relationships with clients and wants to work in a relaxed, supportive team environment. This would suit an experienced stylist looking for a great work/life balance whilst still working in a busy, established salon.
Key responsibilities
- Cutting and styling for women and men
- Colouring, foiling, balayage and toning
- Blow waves and finishing
- Providing professional consultations and recommending suitable services
- Delivering friendly, high-quality client service
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working together with the team to keep the salon running smoothly
- Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our clients
About you
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
- Experience working as a qualified hairdresser
- Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable and qualified
- Confident working independently with clients
- Passionate about hair and providing great results
- Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
- Good at communicating and building relationships with clients
