- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk,



and other supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in training current staff on beverage preparation and customer service standards.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage offerings.
