Summary:

The BSB Trainer and/or Assessor will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge across all industries. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to assess and provide feedback on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging training programs to meet the specific needs of employees in various industries.
- Assess employee performance through observation, testing, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are current and effective.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment data.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.




- Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV or higher
- BSB50120 Diploma in Business or higher
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience and knowledge of Vocational Education and Training VET industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Ability to assess student academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficient in using technology for training delivery and evaluation.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with International students
- Ability to adapt to different industries and customize training programs accordingly.
- Demonstrate a commitment to student centric approach
