Role Overview
The Wellbeing Coordinator supports the social, emotional, and mental wellbeing of students and staff across the school. This role works closely with leadership, teachers, education assistants, families, and external professionals to foster a secure, inclusive, and supportive learning environment aligned with Montessori values.

Key Responsibilities
• Support student wellbeing through observation, small-group work, and individual intervention
• Collaborate with teachers to support social and emotional learning within classrooms
• Assist with the development, implementation, and review of Wellbeing Plans, IEPs, and NCCD documentation
• Support staff wellbeing initiatives and provide guidance around best-practice wellbeing strategies
• Contribute to the development of wellbeing-related policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation
• Promote inclusive,



trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices across the school

Qualifications & Requirements
• Qualification or significant experience in wellbeing, psychology, counselling, education, or allied health
• Experience supporting children with diverse needs
• Knowledge of NCCD processes (desirable)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
