The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Finance department in delivering day to day accounting responsibilities in a timely manner. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirements. This role will also collaborate with other departmental teams to support both internal and external stakeholders and the broader business
- Key responsibilities
Manage accounts payable duties including processing invoices, vendor maintenance, reconciling credit cards and preparing payment runsSupport accounts receivable duties including invoicing,
payment allocation and account reconciliationCustomer credit claims checking and processingHandle inquiries from both external and internal stakeholders regarding accounting mattersIntercompany transactions processing and reconciliationBank reconciliationSupport cashflow management and reportingAssist internal/external accountants with tax compliance and reporting requirementsAssist with month-end closing procedures and financial reportingAssist with auditAd-hoc finance and administration tasks as required
- About you
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:Relevant qualification and knowledge in accounting, finance or related field5 years’ experience with accounting and administrationConfident to process transactions under different entities and currenciesExperience and knowledge with ERP system Oracle Netsuite/SAP is an advantageProactive and strong team playerConfident communicator with robust problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlinesAdaptive, committed to quality assurance and continuous improvement
