Part time, 3 days per week. New graduate OT wanted for a new NDIS occupational therapy service in a supportive, values driven allied health team.
About us
Choice Community Health is an NDIS service provider dedicated to high quality, person centred care that empowers people to live with dignity, purpose and independence. Guided by Christian values of compassion, service and respect, we bring together a multidisciplinary team that blends evidence based practice, clinical expertise and lived experience. We work in partnership with families and communities to help people live the life of their choice.
About the role
This is a permanent part time role, three days per week (22.8 hours), suited to a confident new graduate occupational therapist. You will work with NDIS participants in their homes, in the community and from our clinical space.
You will:
Complete functional capacity assessments for NDIS planning and plan reassessments
Build daily living skills for self care, home tasks,
routines and community access
