We’re currently looking for a Data Entry Officer to join the team of a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Noble Park.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a structured office environment, takes pride in getting things right and would love the chance to work for an organisation that makes a genuine difference in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Entering and updating data accurately across internal systems and databases
- Checking and verifying information to ensure everything is correct and complete
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping information up to date
- Handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Assisting with general administration and data-related tasks
- Working closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and daily targets
- Following processes and procedures to ensure a high level of accuracy





What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in data entry, administration or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently while also being a great team player
- A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
