The Role

We’re seeking reliable and energetic team members to help pick and pack online and wholesale orders from our warehouse. You’ll be part of a supportive, rapid-paced team helping customers and retail partners to receive their MooGoo products quickly and correctly.

This is a CASUAL position –

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets
- Ensure accurate picking of stock
- Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
- Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes




- Label packages accurately with shipping information
- Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimise waste and reduce costs
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadline
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

What We're Looking For:

- Valid forklift license and experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a preferred but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
