About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Geebung branch in Brisbane, QLD.

This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the growth and success of Beijer Ref Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly
- Provide product information and technical guidance to customers regarding refrigeration and air conditioning solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems with order and interaction information
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, working towards satisfactory resolutions




- Support sales staff by providing administrative assistance and customer information as required
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction targets and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a customer service or retail assistance role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail when processing orders and managing information
- Proficiency with computer systems and common office software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively when managing multiple customer enquiries
- A positive attitude, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration or air conditioning products is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn about our products, systems, and industry
