UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Home Care Worker to join our Illawarra region team based in Wollongong. You will help older people live independently at home with a focus on wellness, choice, and quality of life, as a not-for-profit organisation.

Responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, assisting with personal care and medications, transport, respite services, and reporting. Eligibility includes a relevant Certificate III (desirable) and a valid Australian driver's licence.
