The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work workplace. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Greet customers pleasantly and take their orders
- Empower and support your team mates of all levels
- Prepare and serve food and beverages that you are proud of
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner, with a smile
- Maintain a clean and organised work space
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work to continue a positive and upbeat team culture
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and personal presentation
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
