As a Warehouse Assistant, you're the final touch before an order reaches a customer. You'll accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, keep the warehouse organised and stocked, and take genuine pride in presentation. It's a hands-on, active role in a supportive small team where your attention to detail directly shapes the customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Pick products accurately against customer orders using our warehouse and order systems.
- Pack orders neatly and securely to a high presentation standard, ready for dispatch.
- Print and apply shipping labels and prepare consignments for courier and postal pickup.
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock, reporting any damage or discrepancies.
- Conduct stock counts and cycle counts, and help keep inventory accurate.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, protected, and well organised.
- Restock picking areas and flag low or out-of-stock lines to the team.
- Support returns processing and quality checks as needed.
- Work to daily dispatch deadlines,



especially during sales and peak seasons (e.g. sale campaigns).
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Award / pay:

$32 per hour (+ 12% superannuation)

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - flexibility on start and end times
