The Compass Institute is seeking a Retail Trainer with Disability Experience to lead the Wabi Sabi retail program, supporting trainees to gain practical retail and customer service skills in a live workplace.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure a welcoming retail space and complete trainee documentation while maintaining safety and high-quality service. A relevant qualification and disability experience are preferred; Mon–Fri hours apply.
