About the Role

We are looking for friendly and experienced Club Attendants to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver exceptional service across food and beverage, gaming, member services and general club operations.

Working at either Bankstown Golf Club, The Acres Club, or both , you'll help create memorable experiences for our members and guests while contributing to a positive and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas
- Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards




- Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience
- Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach
- Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures
- Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours

About You

- Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
