Pacific Components is seeking a reliable Gardener / Maintenance Person to care for two large properties and a factory site. This is a diverse, hands-on role perfect for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining property grounds and facilities to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, pruning, and general landscaping across two large properties and one factory site.
Machinery Operation: Operate (or quickly learn to operate) a small excavator, bobcat, and tractor for property upkeep.
General Maintenance: Perform basic handy-person tasks, tool handling, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance around the facilities.
Versatile Support: Carry out ad-hoc tasks, deliveries, or alternative duties as reasonably required by management.
About you
Experience operating a tractor, bobcat, or excavator is highly desirable, though a strong willingness and ability to learn is accepted.
Confident using a variety of hand and power tools with a solid track record of completing basic maintenance tasks.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Absolute trustworthiness and reliability are non-negotiable for this role.
A valid Australian driver's licence is required (machinery tickets/licences are a major plus).
