Momence is hiring an SDR Manager in Australia to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across APAC. You will recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team while driving predictable pipeline for the Account Executive organisation.

This hands-on leadership role requires building outbound playbooks, standardising prospecting best practices, and partnering with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Leadership to optimize processes and create a scalable sales development engine.
