- Base rate for 3 months
- Standard Consult $100
- Long Consult $170
- Existing patient base
- 2km from Melbourne CBD
- 2 RNs on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- 2 Treatment rooms
- Group practice
- 4 patients per hour
