- $170 per hour for 3 months or 75%
- Mixed billing
- 4 patients per hour
- 2 RNs on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- Treatment room with 2 beds
- Dr owned group practice
- 9 Consulting rooms
- Procedure room
- Allied Health on site
