- $150 per hour guaranteed for 3 months or 65%
- Standard Consult $88.90
- Long Consult $144.40
- Existing patient base
- Dr owned group practice
- 4 Consulting rooms
- Treatment room
- Procedure room
- RN on at all times
- Allied Health on site
- Mixed billing
- 4 patients per hour
