Associate/Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Private Wealth and Family Office Lawyers

About the role:

- Family office structuring and governance.
- Acquisition, sale and restructuring of family and privately owned businesses, private capital investments and M&A.;
- Trusts, asset protection and wealth structuring.
- Family agreements, succession planning, estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
- Superannuation and SMSFs, family constitutions and restructuring of family groups.
- Philanthropic structures, foundations and social investment.
- Coordinating legal, tax and commercial advice across a family’s broader affairs.

The ideal candidate:





- 5+ years’ PQE in private practice, with strong experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family businesses and/or family offices.
- Complementary backgrounds in corporate transactions, M&A;, tax or philanthropy are particularly valued.
- Strong technical skills, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision.
- The discretion, sensitivity and interpersonal skills required to advise on complex and confidential matters.
- Candidates from Lawyer through to Special Counsel level are encouraged to apply.
