MARS Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a community care provider in Northern Territory.
This permanent full-time opportunity combines in-home aged care nursing and support for NDIS participants, helping clients maintain their health, wellbeing and independence.

About the role

You will deliver person-centred nursing care in clients' homes, tailoring your approach to their individual needs and goals.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical nursing care to aged care clients and NDIS participants.
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing and reviewing care plans.
- Supporting medication management and monitoring changes in clients' health.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Promoting client choice, dignity and independence.

About you

You will bring:





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services.
- Solid clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working independently in a community setting.
- A compassionate approach and commitment to safe, person-centred care.
- Willingness to relocate to the NT

- $125,000 per annum + superannuation
