Description
- Manage project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Maintain document control registers, workflows, and filing systems.
- Review, distribute, track, and archive project documentation.
- Control incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical documents.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly version controlled and issued to relevant stakeholders.
- Support project teams with document management processes and system training.
- Coordinate submissions, approvals, transmittals, and document closeout activities.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding document requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on document status, outstanding actions,
and compliance metrics.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
Profile
A successful Document Controller should have:
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy setting.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay rate between $60 - $65 per hour plus super AUD.
- Temporary role in the Barangaroo property sector.
