We offer flexible contract opportunities 6-12 weeks with a variety of start dates and contract lengths available throughout the year.

About You

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Post Graduate Qualification in Diabetes Education
- Credentialed with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid manual driver's licence
- Insulin pumps competency essential

Highly Desirable

- Experience working in regional, rural, remote, or Aboriginal Community Health settings
- Experience delivering chronic disease management programs
- Strong health promotion and patient education skills
