Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook — Baking & Cake Decorating

Dello Mano is looking for a Pastry Chef or experienced Pastry Cook with baking skills and, preferably, cake decorating experience to join the West End team. You will work in a calm, organised pastry kitchen alongside a talented senior pastry chef who is approachable and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge. As a small family business, everyone's contribution is visible and valued.

Key responsibilities

- Bake brownies, cakes and other handmade products
- Prepare fillings, ganaches and pastry components
- Decorate and finish cakes, depending on your skills and experience
- Follow established recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Help organise and complete daily production
- Keep your workspace clean and follow food safety procedures
- Support your teammates across the kitchen

About you

- Practical experience in professional baking or pastry production
- Cake decorating skills, preferably, or an interest in developing them
- Care and attention to detail




- Reliability and good organisational habits
- A friendly, considerate approach to working with others
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and share knowledge
- Respect for ingredients and care in handling products
- Relevant pastry qualifications are valued, as is solid practical experience
