CSC is seeking a Technical Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Platforms team on a remote basis in Australia. You will partner with architects, delivery managers, product owners and teams to shape technical solutions and document designs across Salesforce CRM, web/self-service, Okta, and API integrations.
You will contribute to discovery, maintain technical artefacts, and support governance throughout the delivery lifecycle while solving complex challenges and aligning with CSC direction.
