Reporting to the Group Chief Transformation Officer, you will provide critical support across strategic initiatives, portfolio reporting, business analysis, and project coordination. You'll assist in gathering and interpreting data, monitoring performance, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives remain on track to deliver value for the business.

Key responsibilities

- Support the coordination and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives
- Analyse portfolio and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for leadership teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and project milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets
- Assist with project planning, documentation, status reporting, and governance activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business process optimisation

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and confidence using PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
- The ability to work independently while building robust stakeholder relationships
- A curious mindset and genuine interest in business strategy and performance improvement
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools (desirable)
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, project management, or portfolio governance practices (desirable)
