Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to operate primarily from the Preston Support Office in Australia. The role focuses on enterprise bargaining, payroll compliance, dispute resolution and union engagement with a strong autonomy to shape industrial relations strategy.

You will work with P&C; teams and executives, spanning multi-site operations, and travel interstate as required. A National Police Check is required for recent joiners.
