The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on construction and commercial contracting to join their in-house legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of front-end legal work, particularly in the context of major civil infrastructure projects. This role involves direct engagement with project, commercial, and operational stakeholders, and requires the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice that supports project delivery. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, advising on various project documentation, and managing legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end construction and commercial contracting, with at least 7 years' of post-qualification experience,



and a proven track record of building strong relationships as a trusted commercial adviser.Applicants for this role at the company should be senior commercial or construction lawyers with a proactive approach to taking ownership of legal matters. The role demands a professional with strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills, who can work independently to navigate complex contractual and operational issues.
