About the Role:

The Large Loss Supervisor will play an integral role within our large loss team, overseeing the delivery of building repairs and restoration works across multiple sites.

You will be a key point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring projects are managed efficiently, safely and professionally from initial assessment through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Ensure site safety and compliance with relevant requirements.

Attend sites and assess building damage, repair requirements and project needs.

Prepare detailed and accurate reports, scopes of works and quotations.

Manage building repairs and restoration projects from start to finish across multiple sites.

Liaise with insurers, insureds, loss adjusters, contractors and other stakeholders, maintaining a high level of communication throughout each project.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, clients, contractors and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timeframes to ensure successful delivery.

Identify and proactively manage issues that may impact project outcomes.

Ensure customers and clients receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Work effectively within a KPI-driven environment.

Contribute to the continued growth and success of our Large Loss team.

Skills and experience:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge within the insurance building industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.

Previous experience managing large loss, insurance restoration or complex building projects is highly regarded.

Trade background preferred, with restoration experience considered an advantage.

Strong understanding of building repair and reinstatement processes.





Proactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a highly successful, KPI-driven team.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of our clients and customers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
