Skilled Search Group is seeking an IT Manager - Support & Operations in Melbourne. You will lead the internal IT Service Desk, oversee store IT support, and drive ITIL-aligned processes while guiding major ERP/CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.

You will manage EUC, devices, identity management (Entra ID, Intune), and coordinate with vendors across HQ and national store network. Hybrid role with Australian-wide impact.
