CJM Lawyers is seeking a Generalist Solicitor to join our Boonah office, with a strong focus on Wills & Estates.
This role is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing practical legal advice, and working across a varied practice. While the primary focus will be estate planning and deceased estate administration, you will also have exposure to a broad range of general legal matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning
- Managing deceased estate administrations
- Assisting with estate disputes and succession matters
- Providing advice across a range of general legal matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions
What We're Looking For
- Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland (or eligibility for admission)
- Experience in Wills & Estates and estate administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
