As the Territory Manager you will:

- Lead 6+ store (corporate & franchise) managers to achieve sales & KPI's
- Recruit, train & retain high performing teams
- Cultivate an exceptional workplace culture in the state that breeds success
- Tightly control all operating expenses hitting profit targets for the area
- Reporting to the QLD State Manager

The kind of experience we are looking for:





- MUST have QSR exposure - either as a multi-site/area manager
- Experience opening stores & improving underperforming
- High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l;
- The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams

The salary package includes:

- A competitive base salary from $100k + super
- Travel Allowance & phone bill provided
