Mayne Pharma seeks a Senior Production Leader to drive manufacturing performance, equipment reliability and operational efficiency in our Adelaide site. You will own people management, GMP and WHS compliance, investigations and continuous improvement, acting as a backup to the Operations Manager to keep production metrics on track.

You will lead cross-functional teams to meet schedules, review CAPAs/CARs, and coordinate audits while using Redzone/CI tools to reduce downtime and optimise labour
