About the role

This is a hands-on, varied position covering all aspects of a busy, multi-client 3PL warehouse. Unlike traditional warehousing, the environment requires managing different clients, product ranges, order profiles and fulfilment requirements, often with competing priorities. You'll need to be organised, adaptable and confident working across different operational areas, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

- Picking, packing and dispatching eCommerce and wholesale orders across multiple clients
- Receiving, checking and accurately processing incoming stock
- Managing stock locations, replenishment, inventory accuracy and stock movements
- Following client-specific packing instructions, SOPs and quality control requirements
- Processing returns, investigating discrepancies and resolving operational issues
- Using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners and freight platforms
- Coordinating carrier collections and preparing parcels, cartons and pallets for dispatch
- Managing daily priorities while meeting client service expectations and dispatch deadlines
- Maintaining a structured, organised, safe and efficient warehouse
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational workflows, systems and processes

About you





- Minimum 2–3 years' warehouse experience, preferably within a 3PL or multi-client fulfilment workplace
- Strong experience in receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch
- Confidence using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology
- A highly organised, methodical and process-driven approach to work
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and accountability
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and adapt to changing client and operational requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to work independently
- Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- A willingness to contribute ideas and continuously improve the way we operate
