In this dual role, you will balance energetic in-store customer sales with creative promotional efforts to engage our community, launch new products, and drive foot traffic.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with tailored recommendations on firearms, ammunition, thermal optics, and hunting accessories
- Help design, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and seasonal product spotlights to showcase new inventory
- Maintain an attractive, compliant showroom environment and ensure new items are accurately integrated into stock management systems
- Handle all store operations in strict compliance with Victorian firearm legislation, managing accurate record-keeping for weapon transfers and sales
About you
- Passion for and solid understanding of modern firearms, sports optics, and ammunition
- Must hold (or be eligible to hold) a valid Category A & B Firearms Licence in Victoria
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently present technical specifications to both beginner shooters and experienced hunters
- Basic understanding of social media or digital retail promotions is highly desirable
- Impeccable attention to detail regarding safety protocols and regulatory paperwork
