The Company is seeking a Principal Consultant for its Implementation Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading or co-managing implementation projects, serving as the primary contact for clients, and ensuring superior communication and client-facing skills. This role demands a professional with a strong background in fixed income products, complex financial instruments, and a variety of OTCs, who can provide guidance on best practices and productive workflow configuration. The Principal Consultant will also be involved in interpreting workflow analysis, converting documents into specifications, and providing proactive leadership in the client's utilization of the company's products and services. Applicants for the Principal Consultant position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA being a strong plus.



A minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial or software services industry is required, with a preference for those with a background in financial market information systems. The role demands a candidate with extensive front office experience, excellent market instrument knowledge, and some technical knowledge, ideally SQL. The ability to manage large projects, experience in full life cycle implementation, and a proven track record of dealing with clients from both technical and business perspectives are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client interactions at a senior level, and be prepared for a role that may involve more than 20% travel and a flexible work schedule.
