The Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Demi Chef and Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at Sequoia Lodge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a premium culinary environment, celebrating exceptional South Australian produce, seasonality and thoughtful food preparation.

Working alongside a dedicated and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills, share your creativity and contribute to the exceptional dining experiences that define Sequoia.

We are looking for individuals who take genuine pride in their craft, thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to continue learning and growing within the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or fine dining environment.

- A genuine passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce and an appreciation for food provenance.

- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques,



with a strong focus on quality and presentation.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform confidently during busy service periods.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn from those around you.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

- Pride in maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation, hygiene and consistency.

- A genuine desire to contribute to memorable guest experiences.
