Learning & Development Manager - Minto Location

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to shape learning across a fast-paced blue-collar environment based in Minto.

This is an opportunity to build capability, develop future leaders and create a workplace where people have the skills, confidence and knowledge to thrive.

You’ll lead the learning strategy, oversee training systems and compliance, and work closely with operational leaders to deliver impactful programs that support business performance and employee growth.

The role:

- Lead the L&D; strategy, identifying capability gaps and turning business priorities into practical learning solutions.
- Drive GMP and regulatory training compliance, ensuring training records and systems are accurate and audit-ready.
- Build competency frameworks, structured training pathways and effective onboarding programs.
- Develop technical skills, leadership capability and cross-training opportunities across the workforce.
- Oversee the Learning Management System, training governance and reporting.
- Lead and develop a team of L&D; Officers across all shifts.
- Partner with leaders to embed a strong learning culture focused on engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.





The right fit:

- Proven experience leading Learning & Development in a blue-collar or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP training, compliance requirements and learning systems.
- Experience developing competency frameworks, training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Confidence partnering with stakeholders at all levels and translating business needs into effective learning solutions.
- A collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills and a passion for developing people.
