About the role

Redlands RSL is seeking a Qualified and Passionate Chef/Cook to join our talented kitchen team. Located on the beautiful Bayside in Cleveland, our premier hospitality venue features a busy a la carte restaurant, café, bars, gaming facilities, and function spaces. Key responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality, consistent food in a busy, high-performing kitchen

- Work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance

- Work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required

About you

- Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

- Strong culinary skills – ability to prepare high-quality, consistent food

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen





- Team player – work effectively both independently and within a large kitchen team

- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety compliance

- Flexibility – availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required

- Legal right to work in Australia
