Key responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the team through busy service periods
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service and presentation
- Managing staff performance, rosters and daily operations
- Ensuring the restaurant is organised, clean and running efficiently
- Handling customer feedback professionally
- Taking ownership of challenges and identifying opportunities to improve the business

- Previous restaurant management or senior supervisory experience is essential
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
