JT Glass is a leading supplier of high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and architectural glass, supporting major builders, architects, and developers across Australia. Based in Sydney, we specialise in project-based supply for both commercial and residential developments.

With a growing pipeline of projects and continued business expansion, we are strengthening our estimating and tendering capability. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support our sales and project delivery functions.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an Estimator with experience in windows, doors, façade, or building materials who enjoys working with drawings, numbers, and project teams. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations while supporting tender submissions and internal project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates for aluminium window and door projects based on architectural drawings and technical specifications

- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost analyses

- Assist with tender submissions, pricing schedules, and quotation documentation

- Liaise with sales staff, project managers,



and suppliers to clarify technical and pricing details

- Maintain and analyse project and client information through online project and tender platforms

- Support continuous improvement of estimating accuracy and internal pricing systems

What We're Looking For

- Experience in estimating within the windows, doors, façade, or construction industry

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

- Familiarity with Alspec aluminium window systems and glazing configurations is highly regarded

- Strong Excel skills; experience with estimating or pricing software is an advantage

- Good English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus

- Background in construction, civil engineering, or architectural studies is preferred

- Australian or New Zealand permanent residency preferred

- Valid Australian driver’s licence
