Honey Ink Tattoo Studio, located in Stockland Greenhills, is looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while helping our tattoo artists and management team keep the studio running smoothly. Monday-Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Thursday 9:00am to 1:30pm (27 hours).
Key responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Greeting and assisting walk in clients
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients feel welcome
- Taking client payments via EFTPOS and cash
- Assisting clients and tattoo artists with appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Helping coordinate tattoo quotes between artists and clients
- Assisting tattoo artist with pre-appointment paperwork and client documentation
- Communicating with clients regarding bookings, enquiries and appointments
- Monitoring and responding to emails and social media messages
- Ordering and monitoring studio supplies
- Posting content across our social media platforms
- Assisting management with marketing activities and promotional campaigns
About you
- Friendly, approachable and skilled
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication with clients face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Competent in computers and social media platforms
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Willing to learn and take initiative when opportunities arise
- Experience in reception, administration, retail or customer service is highly regarded
