We service customers in greater Melbourne, from homeowners through to the Victorian Government, local councils and major commercial brands including BP and Priceline. With crime on the rise across the state, we’re expanding our sales team to meet the booming demand.

The prospect

This role involves attending pre-booked, in-home appointments with customers who have already reached out to us and expressed an interest in our products. You’ll showcase our roller shutter range, provide clear recommendations, take accurate measurements and notes, and prepare quotes on a custom tablet app - giving customers everything they need to make an informed decision.

In return, this role offers strong earning potential, with $120,000+ OTE, comprising of a weekly retainer plus monthly commissions, and all fuel and tolls fully covered. You’ll work a non-standard schedule across five days per week, including Saturdays, with Sunday and a weekday off - perfect for someone who prefers flexibility and variety over the traditional Monday-to-Friday routine.

What the role involves





- Attending in-home appointments to explain our product range, provide tailored recommendations, and present pricing

- Taking accurate photos, measurements and notes to ensure smooth manufacturing and installation

- Generating quotes, using a custom tablet app, which can be accepted on the spot or emailed directly to customers for consideration and acceptance later

- Managing a pipeline of open proposals - communicating with potential customers via phone, SMS and email, following up to answer questions, provide reassurance and ensure each customer feels well supported throughout their decision-making process

- Recording and updating customer information accurately

- Managing customer expectations by providing clear, realistic information around products, pricing, installation and timeframes

- Maintaining an exceptionally high level of professionalism and courtesy in customers’ homes at all times
