Our fantastic client is seeking a Litigation & Disputes Lawyer to join their dynamic Brisbane team.

Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 DOE (Open to negotiation on $150k+)

About the position:

Our client is seeking a motivated Litigation Lawyer (3-5 PAE), ready to immerse themselves in a varied and fast-paced legal workplace. This position offers exceptional mentoring opportunities under the guidance of senior lawyers, including direct supervision from experienced partners.

You’ll handle your own files and engage directly with clients while working on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and employment law matters. This hands-on role ensures exposure to cases spanning state courts, federal courts, tribunals, and commissions, providing an excellent foundation for your legal career.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 PAE as a Litigation Lawyer (private practice)
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and employment law
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous legal practice experience is desirable but not essential
