About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a strong background in financial matters to join their growing team. With an increasing demand for complex financial cases, this role offers a unique opportunity to take on challenging and rewarding work.

Key Requirements:

- Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia, with a current or eligible Queensland practising certificate.
- Minimum of three years of post-admission experience, primarily in family law (private practice).
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong advocacy skills, with a client-centric approach and a focus on achieving early resolutions.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling an autonomous workload while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, referrers, and clients.
- A commitment to your career in family law, with enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a well-regarded practice.
