About the Role As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, recovery-focused care while supporting consumers experiencing acute and complex mental health conditions.

Key responsibilities include:





- Conducting mental state examinations and risk assessments
- Delivering safe, evidence-based mental health nursing care
- Developing, implementing and evaluating care plans
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting consumers with acute and chronic mental health presentations
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and facility policies

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent Mental Health nursing experience
- Experience in acute inpatient, community and/or forensic mental health settings
- Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and therapeutic engagement skills
- Current National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
