A small, boutique registered NDIS provider based in Perth is seeking an experienced NDIS Compliance Officer for a temporary casual position to assist with preparations for an upcoming mid-term NDIS audit.
We are looking for a highly organised, knowledgeable and proactive professional who can work independently, provide practical guidance and confidently support our team through the audit preparation process.
Immediate commencement is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise compliance documentation and supporting evidence for the upcoming NDIS mid-term audit.
- Review existing policies, procedures and records to identify compliance gaps and assist with corrective actions.
- Assist with participant onboarding, including intake forms and relevant documentation.
- Prepare and review participant risk assessments and care plans, seeking appropriately qualified clinical input where required.
- Prepare and maintain Schedules of Supports and associated participant documentation.
- Review staff compliance files, training records and induction requirements.
- Assist with incident management documentation, risk registers and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure documentation and procedures align with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Work closely with management to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in NDIS provider compliance.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience assisting other registered NDIS providers through their NDIS audits – essential.
- Solid knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Experience with participant onboarding, risk assessments, care plans and Schedules of Supports.
- Proven ability to identify compliance gaps and assist with implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Available to commence immediately.
Applicants must have previous practical experience supporting registered NDIS providers through their audits. General administrative experience alone will not meet the requirements of this position.
