About the role

Your role will include creating personalised, luxury hair experiences that make every client feel seen, valued and cared for. You will own each client journey from a warm welcome and exceptional consultation through to a beautiful finish, cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to a high professional standard. You will manage your column confidently, balancing appointment times without making clients feel rushed, take collective responsibility for every client, not only those in your chair, and be proactive in maintaining a clean, organised salon and supporting teammates wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

- Cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to a high professional standard

- Managing your column confidently, balancing appointment times without making clients feel rushed

organised salon and supporting teammates wherever needed
